This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the binding terms between you and Kromix ("we", "our", or "the App"). By accessing, installing, or using Kromix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
Kromix is a lightweight AI-powered photo stylization and redrawing tool built on image-to-image AI technology. It focuses on daily photo beautification and creative redrawing for casual users, and delivers precise, high-quality and controllable image style transfer capabilities. With 10+ refined style presets and adjustable detail parameters, the App covers three core scenarios:
All core features can be used without account registration or login. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not install or use the App.
Kromix helps users turn ordinary photos into professional, creative artworks efficiently. The App serves both beginners who need one-click results and advanced users who need custom creation through adjustable detail parameters.
Image processing in Kromix—including style matching, rendering, local inpainting, and batch processing—runs on your personal device. Users may independently select various picture resources, including character photos, landscape photos, and creative pictures, for stylization and redrawing. For character pictures, the App only performs overall style optimization, texture adjustment, color grading, and creative redrawing for visual effect purposes. The App does not involve any behavior of collecting, analyzing, identifying, or storing user facial information in the whole service link.
All information is processed locally, information is only stored on the user's local device, information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users.
In the whole process of users uploading character pictures and using local AI to complete picture processing, Kromix will not collect any original facial data of users. The App only performs pixel-level visual rendering and style transformation on the overall content of uploaded pictures, and does not extract, capture, or record any original feature data of human faces. All facial content in the pictures only exists in the local storage space of the user's own device, and the application cannot obtain any facial original information in any form.
Kromix's local AI image processing does not carry out any facial feature analysis, facial contour identification, facial feature tagging, or facial attribute judgment. The algorithm focuses only on overall style and visual effect, does not independently identify face areas, and does not analyze personal feature information corresponding to human faces. There is no facial intelligent identification function set in the application at all.
The application will not independently store, archive, or retain any facial information extracted from user uploaded character pictures. Temporary local cache data used for rendering will not retain independent facial feature information after you save or discard the finished picture. No facial information file will be formed and stored in the device folder of the application.
Kromix has no external data upload and transmission function for user photos or facial information in the whole operation process. All character picture processing and local AI calculation are completed on your personal device. The application has no external data interaction channel for uploading or transmitting any user facial information in any scenario.
The application will not invoke, reference, or use any facial information in user uploaded character pictures for secondary operation. Each local AI processing is a single independent operation for a single picture and will not be used for algorithm training, function optimization, data comparison, or similar subsequent behaviors.
All character pictures you upload and any facial content contained in those pictures remain under your independent control. You may delete original pictures, processed results, and temporary cache data at any time. After the user actively deletes the relevant content, all facial related information will be completely and permanently cleared from the local device without any residual content. The application does not have any authority to retain or obtain user facial information without user operation.
Based on the full local processing mode and zero collection rule of facial information, Kromix will not generate any facial information data that can be shared or disclosed. The App does not master any user facial information in any form. The absolute security of user facial information is fully guaranteed in the whole process of using the application.

You acknowledge that picture processing is completed based on local device AI operation, and risks arising from picture uploading and processing shall be borne by you independently. The application does not collect any user facial information and will not bear any information security risks related to facial data that do not exist.
The App, including its name, interface design, style presets, software code, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kromix for personal, non-commercial photo beautification and creative redrawing.
You retain rights in the photos you provide and in the creative results you generate, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
We may update algorithms, style presets, and features through local resource replacement or App updates to improve processing quality and user experience. Operation and maintenance work focuses on local AI picture processing effect and functional experience, and will not involve any collection and processing of user facial information.
The application maintains zero data retention outside the user's local device all the time. User operation records and picture content remain stored only locally and remain under your control.
Kromix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to deliver precise, high-quality and controllable style transfer results, but we do not guarantee that every processing result will meet every subjective creative expectation, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update this Agreement according to product iteration and service optimization. Updated terms will be displayed in the App. Continued use of Kromix after an update means you accept the revised terms. The core zero collection rule of user facial information will never be changed.
