These Subscription Terms define the rules, rights, and obligations applicable to users who purchase or use the premium subscription services of Kromix ("we", "our", or "the App"). By activating, purchasing, or continuing to use a subscription, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.
Kromix is a lightweight AI-powered photo stylization and redrawing tool built on image-to-image AI technology. It focuses on daily photo beautification and creative redrawing, delivering precise, high-quality and controllable image style transfer. With 10+ refined style presets and adjustable detail parameters, Kromix covers:
The App provides free basic features and paid premium subscription features. All subscription-related creative processing still runs on your local device. The application always maintains a zero collection standard for all user facial information and personal private data during the provision of subscription services, and all user operation content is only stored in the local device space controlled independently by the user.
All users can use basic Kromix photo stylization and redrawing functions for free without subscription activation. Free service may cover conventional single-picture style conversion, basic local picture repair, and limited batch processing. Free features adopt the same local processing mode, and no user facial information or private data will be collected in the whole process.
The premium subscription is designed for users who need higher precision and more creative control. Depending on the plan shown in the App store listing or in-app purchase page, subscription users may unlock advanced rights such as:
All premium features remain completed through local AI computing on your device, with no change to the local processing mechanism and zero information collection rules. All information is processed locally, information is only stored on the user's local device, information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kromix may offer multiple subscription cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, as displayed at the time of purchase. The subscription term starts when payment is successfully completed and continues for the selected cycle. During a valid subscription period, premium privileges may be used in accordance with these Terms and local operation rules.
Payment is completed through the official authorized payment channel of the App platform (such as the applicable app store). Subscriptions may support automatic renewal and manual renewal. If auto-renewal is enabled, the fee for the next cycle may be charged before the current cycle expires so that service can continue without interruption. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through the subscription management settings of your device or account.
Unless required by applicable law or by the refund policy of the applicable app store, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable after successful purchase and activation. Once activated, you obtain the right to use premium features within the valid cycle. Unexpired service terms cannot be converted, transferred, or refunded by us outside the platform's official refund process. Any special promotional refund arrangements will follow the rules published at that time.
Premium subscription rights are for personal, non-commercial use related to daily photo beautification and creative redrawing. You may not rent, sell, transfer, or share subscription rights with third parties for commercial profit.
Subscription feature usage is completed locally on your device. Subscription privileges are bound to the authorized purchase and device/account rules of the payment platform. No user use data, facial information, or operation records will be uploaded or stored externally by the App for providing subscription creative features. You are responsible for any use that violates these Terms.
Activating or using a subscription does not change Kromix's privacy model. Subscription privileges unlock feature access only; they do not authorize the App to collect facial data or upload your photos. All information is processed locally, information is only stored on the user's local device, information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Billing and purchase records may be processed by the applicable app store according to that store's own policies. Kromix itself does not use subscription status as a basis to collect facial information or personal private photo content.
We may temporarily suspend part of subscription features when carrying out algorithm optimization, function iteration, or system compatibility adaptation. We will try to minimize impact and generally do not compensate for short-term suspension caused by routine maintenance.
If you engage in illegal use, commercial abuse, malicious tampering with the App, or other serious violations of these Terms or the User Agreement, we may permanently terminate your subscription qualification without refunding paid fees, except where prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
We may update these Subscription Terms according to product iteration and service adjustments. Updated terms will be displayed in the App. Continued use of the subscription service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Our commitment to local processing and zero collection of facial data will not change.
