By using Kromix, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. You may use all core features of the App without registering or logging into any account.
Kromix is designed with privacy as a core principle. All information is processed locally, information is only stored on the user's local device, information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users.
We do not require account registration. We do not create user profiles, and we do not generate any form of user feature association data linked to your identity. No facial data of any user will be collected, uploaded, or retained by the App.
When you use Kromix for photo stylization or redrawing, the photos you select, the style presets you apply, and any detail parameters you adjust are used solely to complete your requested image processing on your device. These materials are treated as user content under your control.

The App includes 10+ refined style presets and adjustable detail parameters to support both one-click results for beginners and custom creation for advanced users. Style presets and your custom parameter settings are stored only in the local storage or cache of your device. They are not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Kromix does not collect the following:
Image-to-image AI processing in Kromix—including style matching, rendering, local inpainting, and batch processing—runs on your personal device. The App does not set up external data storage channels for your photos or creative results. Edited photos, style parameter settings, and creative content are saved only in the local folders of your device.

No facial data of users will be generated, identified, or retained in any operation process.
Your photos and related processing content are not transferred to any external device space or remote server for the purpose of providing core stylization features. The App maintains a zero-retention rule for user-related content outside the local device.
Kromix may process photos that contain people as ordinary image pixels for stylization and redrawing purposes only. The App does not perform facial recognition, facial feature extraction, or biometric analysis.

The App has no ability to obtain, store, share, or sell any user facial data, and this state remains permanently effective.
When you use one-click global style transfer, local AI processing on your device completes style matching and picture rendering. Built-in style presets are stored locally, and your style adjustment parameters are saved only in the local device cache. In this scenario, the App only processes the picture content you import locally and does not trigger any identification or retention of user facial data.
Local inpainting and restoration rely on on-device image analysis to complete partial picture modification and detail repair. Area selections and detail adjustment parameters are recorded only in the local device system. The App targets only the picture pixels you select for local processing and does not capture, identify, or retain any user facial data.
For batch image processing, local AI executes unified style processing for multiple pictures you import on your device. Batch task records and style configuration schemes are stored exclusively in local device memory. The operation acts only on the picture files you import, and no user facial data will be involved or generated during the whole process.

You have full independent control over all content generated and processed in Kromix. You may delete processed pictures, historical operation records, and parameter preset content at any time within the App or by clearing App data / uninstalling the App on your device.
Once you perform a deletion operation, the corresponding content will be completely and permanently cleared from the local device with no residual data left by the App. All information is processed locally, information is only stored on the user's local device, information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data of users.
No user facial data will be retained in any cache file or local resource file of the application after you delete related content.
Kromix is intended for general users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information or facial data from any user, no such information is retained by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product updates or legal requirements. The updated version will be made available in the App. Continued use of Kromix after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy. Our core commitment—local processing and zero collection of facial data—will not change.
